Cree XM-L T6 Bike Light Replacement Mount

For those who have broken the rubber band mount that comes equipped on the common eBay bike light and headlamp that is the Cree XM-L T6.
This version works pretty well and is largely a replicant of the one that comes with the light, although there is definitely room for improvement, specifically with the routing of the cable.
