Duplicator 4X Filament Tube Holder

I modified the design by PSR4492 so that it fits my Wanhao Duplicator 4 with upgraded all metal hotends. I also made the loops that hold the filament tube a little tighter and removed the logo from it since I don't have a Replicator 2X.
