Universal Spool Holder Adapter for Mendel90

The spool holder included with Nophead's Mendel90 design (https://github.com/nophead/Mendel90 ) is great if you only have one spool size, but I use many different spools, so I designed this to make the spool holder universal. It uses the same hardware as the existing holder, and mounts in place of the bearings. Any spool with a width of up to 100mm can be placed on the holder with no adjustments.
