Z Motor Stand-off for FolgerTech 2020 i3

Standoff for Z motor on Folgertech's 2020 i3. This can free up around 40mm Z build height originally taken by the Z motor shaft and coupler. I designed this for an 8 mm leadscrew constrained with a 608 bearing at the top, however, stock m5 rod supplied with the kit should work just fine with or without the 608 bearing.

If used with 608 bearing, the coupler doubles as a collar.

z_motor_mounts.stl requires around 65mm m3 bolt. Rev2 eli
