Digital Micrometer fast-clamp mounting for k8200/3drag.

This frame mounting is for a micrometer used to verify the plate and
the z-zero switch in the original k8200/3drag.

This thing uses modules defined in the library fast-clamp05.scad, so it is easy to design and to use. You don't need any tool to place and remove the micrometer.
