Fast-clamp replacing original fan mount for k8200/3drag

This frame mounting can be used to replace the original fan support.
Easy fan positionning or removing is the major advantage of this thing.
As an example, i prefere the fan to be placed at the back of the extruder, where it cooperates to keep cold also the support clamp.
This thing uses modules defined in the library fast-clamp http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:936871, so it is
easy to design and to use. You don't need any tool to place and remove the fan.
