Printrbot Extruder Swivelling Fan

I moved replaced my extruder motor cooling fan with a larger one (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:941263) but since I had painstaking soldered it to the hot end fan before (and dreaded busting that now), I decided to cool the face of the extruder too.

But I didn't want the fan blocking access to the extruder, so... a swivel was added. Everything prints in 2 flat parts without support, secures to the top of the angled plate (below the hot end fan) with the fan screws and requires 1 additional
