Extruder mounting plate for 2020 extrusion

This is a simple plate for mounting the back of a Nema 17 stepper motor on to a piece of 2020 extrusion. I used it to mount an Ormerod extruder on my Kossel frame. To use it, remove 2 screws from the back of the stepper motor, and replace them with longer M3 screws passed through the plate (you need 35mm length cap head screws for a 34mm long motor). Then secure the plate to the extrusion using two M4 screws.
