New lowered fan support for SmartrapCore 1.2x

I've already made a lowered fan+hotend+Zsensor support (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:819559) but I had to lower it even more to make it compatible with my printing zone cooling fanduct (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:825533) and the new (and taller) metal hot end that is now delivered with SmartFriendz's machines.
