Reprap Prusa I3 Y-axis motor mount

The Y-axis motor mount piece broke on my HICTOP printer. The motor was slightly moving back and forth when printing. The belt got loose all the time and start to skip steps in printing. The result is the misaligned Y-axis position.
I took the mounting piece off, designed a new one based on measurement.
A few things were improved in my design.
1) the screw is switched to a surface fasten instead of only holding it with the nut.
