E3D v6 to V Slot bracket

This bracket is for connecting my bowden E3D to a small V Slot platform.
02/09/2015: Stopped support material in nuts, Changed Z position of hot end to fit printer
20/09/2015: I've added a blower to the design, the two parts are a tight fit but should go together if your careful
