Splendor game organizer with support for sleeved cards and promo cards

After publishing the sleeved Splendor game organizer (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:759711), I had a number of requests for a version that would accommodate the four promo cards, and I have updated the design accordingly. I have verified that this design works with Ultra Pro Sleeves (part # UPR82689, http://www.coolstuffinc.com/p/144019).

I recommend printing the cover flipped upside down so that supports are only needed under the lettering.
