Hi all.Please see my Alien Romulus LED Light box. Measuring 140mm long so can be printed on most printers.I would print the bottom in black pla then print then the top should be printed in white up to layer 11 then swap to black to get the desired lighting effect. This can be scaled to your liking but remember to scale both to the same % or the lid/bottom wont fit each other.Next fit your desired leds, I always go for the WS2811b's with a sp002e controller. Its nice to be able to cycle through different colours and effects :) You can always just fit a led strip of your colour choice and have it in a single colour.I will upload some images once I have finished my own light.I can make most led light boxes for people with single extruder printers so any ideas please let me know.Questions and comments welcome.Happy printing.
