Status: Tested, working with some flaws:

The Protractor needs to be tougher and bigger
The press part is actually moving up when the metal piece is pressed

The protractor (the one you choose angle) is stronger
The press system is no longer necessary
Added a 100% printable Clamp to hold the target piece
