This is a compact enclosure I designed for my simple four-LED binary clock. The case is designed to hold a small PCB along with two pushbuttons. The cutouts in the front panel allow these buttons to pressed through the plastic-covered printed paper artwork. An example of a suitable front panel is shown in the pictures below.

I've uploaded this object here because it might have wider use than just my original binary clock application. The enclosure includes a hole for a power cable. I've also attached the DesignSpark Mechanical files for those wanting to adapt the design for their own requirements.
