Anycubic kossel cable holder

I've remixed the original design to make it attachable to an higher part of the 2020 profile: the bracket now connects on the external side of the 2020 profile so it doesn't collide with the linear guides.
I've also made the bracket longer so you can put it at any height you prefer and it will flex a bit to let the print head reach every spot of the printing area.
Please be advised that the object is pretty thin on the side it connects to the cable, so if you don't have a perfect bed adhesion you'll probably need a little raft to keep it on the bed while printing
