Design ConceptThis light box is inspired by Appa, beloved flying Bison from Nickelodeon animated television series Avatar: The Last Airbender. Designed to add a touch of whimsy and warmth to any room. The layered structure creates a soft, dimensional effect when lit, highlighting the creature against a sunset backdrop.Print SettingsFor the base I would use a dark colored PLA and for the front plate I would use a light colored PLA with a 100% infill. Without a full infill the plate will show patterns from the infill geometry. I used an Ender 3 V3 Plus for my print and it took about 8hrsAssembly InstructionsAssemble by installing a small LED into the back of the box. Thread the cable through the hole in the back of the box. Finally slide the face plate into the slot in the bottom of the base so the plate covers the gap.Creator Note: This is my first upload of a 3D model, please check measurements of plate and plate gap. Constructive feedback is welcome :)
