This is a case (no top cover plate) for the Arduino Uno R3. This case will snuggly hold the Arduino with supporting standoffs that will fit between the Arduino screw holes.
This "Thing" is a good starting point for customizing or remixing, but I wouldn't call it a piece that is ready for enterprise production.
