Atari Trackball Encoder Wheel

This is an old style encoder hub/wheel for an Atari 4" trackball used in
Missile Command, Baseball, Football, Sprint, etc.

Nothing fancy needed to print. I printed the example on a Lulzbot 6
in Fine Detail mode with 40% infill. I used PLA material, not sure
how well ABS will print the little "fingers".
