This is a fully printable 3.5 audio jack socket that connects directly to breadboard jumpers.
I was looking for a cable to connect components of another project and decided to use standard audio cables - they are available everywhere, are relatively cheap and you can get them at any length.
The connectors for them are also pretty cheap at all the regular Chinese sites, but, it takes around 2 month for stuff to get here from china so I decided to design my own printable version.
When I looked for something to use as the leads inside the connector I got the bright idea to use breadboard jumpers, this means there aren't additional non-printable parts and that it's very easy to use with a solderless breadboard.
It works really well, I didn't test the durability of this design.
I printed in PLA, 0.2 layer height, 0.4 muzzle, 100% infill, no supports (I believe it will work better and be more durable in ABS, PETG or Nylon, but I haven't tried)
This is a tiny model with a so
