Automatic Packaging Scale

Once the quantitative packaging scale enters automatic operation mode, the weighing control system opens the feeding gate to start material feeding. The feeding device adopts a two-stage feeding mode consisting of fast feeding and slow feeding. When the material weight reaches the preset fast-feeding value, fast feeding stops while slow feeding continues. When the material weight hits the final set value, the feeding gate closes to complete the dynamic weighing process. The system then checks whether the bag-clamping device is in the preset position. After the packaging bag is securely clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the discharge gate of the weighing hopper, allowing materials to flow into the bag. The discharge gate of the weighing hopper closes automatically once all materials are discharged. After complete emptying, the bag-clamping device releases, and the filled bag drops off automatically. The dropped bag is then sewn and conveyed to the next workstation. The whole process repeats continuously for fully automatic cyclic operation.
