Designed to compress multilayer non-woven sandwiches at the time of bonding. It works in automatic mode, determines the absolute height of the installed stack of material and compresses it by a certain percentage. After a specified time, automatically returns to its original position. The automatic unit is designed according to industry standards. The control of the skew of the working surface and the extreme points is provided by four inductive sensors from Sick. Controlling the working height is provided by an optical sensor from Sick.
