Used to rise the thumbstick to a hight that for me makes this more comfortable to use.

If needed this can be scaled up to meet your needs.

you will need additional screws to attach this 2* 2.5mm 20mm long if you resize it then the base bolt length was 10mm so add the size of your adjustment to get the bolts you need
