they're only 6 quid to buy, but I thought I'd have a go at designing one
100mm OD 94mm ID shutter opens up to about 30 degrees.
you'll need some 2mm diameter rod or solid core wire for the pin - e.g. a 2mm pushrod (which I have loads of :)
