Basic Filter Mask

This is a basic face mask design that we have created to fit on small printers, where purpose built masks or larger prints are not an option. It can be produced on square beds as small as 120mm x 120mm.

For filtration, this mask is sized to accept a standard round cotton pad, normally sold as makeup remover pads. Of course, for other filtration needs, the end user can cut other materials to fit. The filter is retained by the cover, which snaps into place.

Final performance is up to the end user, so we can't give a specific filtration rating for this mask. Our intent here is to have a device that can be assembled without large or specialized printing equipment, using a minimum of resources, is capable of being reused, and is finished using common household items.
