Basic Gearbox

Simple fully enclosed Gearbox(Gear ratio 4:1). One side of the shell can be manufactured with a 3 Axis CNC, 2nd one requires a 4 axis CNC as the bottom of the oil compartment is angled to insure a better oil change. The system is fully enclosed by the Door and the Caps holding the bearings. The caps at the shafts are split in half so that they can be installed even if the shaft is already linked to a different apparatus. The shells can be attached hermetically to each other by long bolts and nuts. The Clamp on the door insures a firm enclosure. The Rods are made to ease the removing and installation process of the large gear. One side of the shell is also equipped with a slot for a glass panel to check oil level and quality. The inner bearing holders are essential to make it possible for the shells to be made with a cnc without the need to refine the model from both sides, for the same reason I haven't made any way to fix the model to the ground,I simply haven't come up with one yet. The model has some unusual solutions due to my inexperience, and the the reason I mentioned earlier.
