Basic Picture Frame

I was surprised that nobody else put one up yet, so I decided to put a basic frame on here. It's set for a 4x6 picture, but I think it'll work at any size. I'd either use a raft or a piece of cardboard for the backing (just make sure to glue the outer edge of your backing).
