Battery Stack Prototype

We are a group of 50 students from the Technical University “Bergakademie” Freiberg. Together we take on the challenge of building, constructing and realizing a competitive formula race car for the Formula Student Electric each year. As part of the electronics our car is powered by a self developed battery on lithium polymer basis. We use 288 cells which are divided into 8 stacks. Each stack is hold together by a 3D-printed container. With this entry we submit the latest model for season 2017 of our stack housing design for the competition.
