How to use:
Scale it in your slicer for print area size and then adjust the Z axis dimension until you get one layer at whatever layer height you want to print
How to understand the resulting print:
You will be able to see how uneven your bed is and find out how flat your print surface truly is, after you have started to level your bed with your regular first layer height you can start adjusting the first layer height until you find the best performing height which compensates the best for irregularities in your print surface, after you have found the best layer height then start adjusting your print speed until you find the optimal first layer printing speed for your printer, after this you can then start adjusting extrusion width if you wish to find the extrusion width capabilities of your printer.
Why did I make this simple test?
This test has allowed me to optimise my first layer leading to much better prints, it can even be used with a BL Touch if you wish to fine
