Bender Visor

This is the visor/eyes component for a life-sized Bender head.
The head would be 200mm OD that would fit the curve of this visor.

There are 3 parts to this print
- the Visor shell itself which is 8mm thick with a 4mm lip on the inside to which parts can stack
- a lens template, this rests on the interior 4mm lip and has the correct curves to fit inside the shell. This can be clear acrylic, Tap Plastic LED acrylic, smoked acrylic etc. I'll use this part as a template to trim acrylic to fit exactly
- A retention ring. Similar to a watch or lens, these rings hold components inside the tube shape of the visor. I will need to print at least two, One will act as a spacer between the acrylic lens and electronics and the other will retain the electronics so they don't fall out or move. I'll most likely drill and tap threaded holes into these rings
