Beyerdynamics Pad Ring

Pad ring OD reduced to 100mm and chamfered, using provided .STEP file. Tested with Beyerdynamics Velour pads. There's just enough room for Beyer pads, I'm not sure about other pads. No other changes made.

Small aside, #2-28 Flathead screws for plastic worked rather well in place of the M2 screws on the pad ring. I had some trouble with the m2 screws stripping out. the metric equivalent would Probably be great to.
