Big Wheel front wheel hub INSERTS

This is a part that I made to replace the ones my kids broke on their big wheel.

To fix the pedals in the wheels you need four of these, two on each side...

Just insert them like the original parts (see the manual available everywhere online); you need to press pretty hard to get them to seat all the way in. Once in, mine never popped out, and once the wheel on the trike, they haven't moved so far...

I printed in ABS, not PLA, to make certain the part is stronger, and I made 30% infill, with 5 outer layers.

printed without supports, as the STL fils is.
