Only hour and minute display, suited for the neopixel strips with the 16.6mm spacing between the LEDs. Hour is a 12h format, because 4 bits can display values 0-15. While minutes are 6 bits and could display values 0 -63, so 0-59 minute format is utilizing the 6bits pretty well.

Before printing you want to rotate it by 180 so the face is flat, then the stand and everything will print just fine without any support. End of the stand has small hole for a small magnet to make the base more heavy and users can make it stick on some surfaces.
