Bluetooth Intercom Mount

This item is designed to enable a bluetooth motorcycle intercom to be easily attached to one of the readily available copies of the military Bowman headset (Elite II). This allows use of the intercom when not wearing a helmet.

The bluetooth unit (BT Bluetooth Motorcycle Intercom) slides into the unit and the unit then slides onto the headset.

I use a piece of double sided tape to secure the item to the headset. I did experiment with adding additional clips to the unit to get it to clip onto the headset but this was extremely difficult to print and double sided tape was easier !

The OpenSCAD file is fully parametised at the top of the file allowing the item to be modified fairly easily to suit different headsets and BT intercoms. I have deliberately made the lip, that the BT Intercome clips to, slightly oversize so that it is a tight fit. This prevents the intercom "rattling" when you move your head !
