Bracket light bar variation

Moved bar section up to the top - can reach the light switch now. Quick and dirty mod NB there is some rectangle proud in the cylinder section but not much and doesn't affect (my) light. Awkward wasteful print see plater it is what it is. PLA 15% seems strong enough.
