Bracket version 4

This is the third version downloaded. This version has several upgrades, the brass bearing can still be inserted, as pictured in several drawings. The bracket is designed to be printed without support material, I have several pics of an ABS version I printed. The base has an open configuration allowing easy access to the bolts when assembling the bracket. The hex holes throughout the part can be adjusted to remove material and weight if needed, they have rounded corners to reduce stress.
