Braille Elevator Manipulative

Had a Veteran who is blind and wanted to learn just enough Braille to use the elevator by himself. So found the source files added another common tile, added the Braille and printed two trays so a mock elevator control panel could be customized and the Veteran could practice on without feeling self conscious in a busy elevator.
