Just trying out blender however, you need:
520g water
1 teaspoon yeast
750g wheat flour
3 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Put all the dry ingridients inside a kneading machine and give slowly the water to it until the dough is still a little bit sticky.
Let the dough rest for an hour before bringing it into shape.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the dough for around 50 min.
