Bubble ring machine

this is a machine that if you connect it to a pipe it will make a bubble ring it has three pieces but has to be connected to a sturdy base that can sink inside water air goes through the little pipe the big oval kind of thing will slip up causing a big bubble that will turn into a bubbling ringBoost MePlease boost me I took lots of time designing this for people that like bubble rings I would really appreciate a boost
