Cabbage Patch Speaker Adaptor

I bought a small programmable push button mp3 player to stick inside of an old cabbage patch doll that was laying around no longer functional due to age. The new speaker was considerably smaller than the original and I did not want to simply glue the new speaker in as I wanted the any repair to be as easy as possible. I have linked the unit I purchased off of amazon as well as a picture from their listing if the item gets deleted just search for one similar to the one pictured as they all are basically the same thing.
