This is a parameterised Cable Clip. You can set the cable or tube diameter and the screw hole size and you have a clip your specific need.
This type only requires a single screw and is made larger than the given diameter to create allow the clip to clamp down on the cable.
I printed this with 2 and 3 layers for the 2mm thickness for a 15mm pipe.
