Cable Holder split design

I decided to remake the original but with the part that holds the cable separate from the base so that it can benefit from printing in a different orientation.

This way the base is printed flat but the holder is on its side, now it adds some flex to the holder without risking layer separation.

The tolerances are quite tight in order to make it push fit and I made the base slightly thicker to make room for a locking groove on the inside to no glue is needed.
