Calibration block using Calipers

Fusion 360 Their top and slicer top is different, fixed.

Trimmed down the Z , XYZ to XY for faster printing.

After printing several printing cubes and getting ambiguous results I made a part that I can verify X, Y, Z and E (filament width). The total width of a object (cube) is width + Extrusion error. I decided to make a differential measurement to take the E out of the equation.

To check XYZ: The way I check (There are many ways) I zero the caliper on the 25 mm ledge, Next I put the depth rod on the closer 5mm ledge for a -20 mm difference measurement. I do this for each channel to verify the first one was not a fluke.

To check E: I reset the caliper zero and check the width of the walls 1 mm and 2 mm. I found that this gets me close.
