Hi Makers! 👋😊 I manufactured this small gauge to measure the width of the housings where the seals are mounted on a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder cover. It is designed to measure narrow spaces with a minimum width of 3mm and small diameters. It adjusts to the groove, the screw is tightened to lock the measurement, and then it is removed. Afterwards, the width of the seal housing can be measured with a calliper.Note: You must adjust the tolerance in the slicer or, as I did, carefully sand the long piece until it slides smoothly but without any looseness.- It should be printed in a material that is as rigid as possible, such as the PLA CF that I used.
