This is an interface to a standard camera hotshoe, with ground and center (flash) contacts only.
Use spring contact pins: MEETOOT 20pcs Spherical Tipped Spring Loaded Probes Testing Pins Patch Thimble 4mm, Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P8HS8TY?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Solder #24 wires to the to the top of the pins at a right angle to the pin.
Clean out the pin holes with a #53 drll bit.
Insert the pin/wire assembly and press home. The cap may be glued on with Super Glue.
