Card Tray stackable

Thanks to Jeff510 for the original design! I remixed the card tray!

I took the low card trays and made them stackable. With a rubberband its all in one package and the stack is safe for transport. Further its now ready too play in a few seconds, so the cards stay in the trays. You store the cards in the tray. The High_card_tray is proposed for the noblecard and the guests. The card_tray is used for the employees. And the low_card_tray is used as lit when stored.
