Today, I offer to You a cards box with easy access feature. I uploaded some files for most famous cards size (including space for sleeves). And also included stl files if someone need any change like increase/decrease height of the box. Additional, if You want to change the size for specific card size, You only need to change X and Y axis by scale function in slicer.
