Cargo Separator

The floor in my boot is totally flat. Everything in there is sliding about every time I go round a bend. Therefore I made a Cargo Separator. Just add some Velcro (rough side) to the bottom of the separator and stick it to the floor in your boot. Now everything is safe and stays in place. The separator has a hinge (print-in-place), so you can easily secure boxes on all four corners. Print preparation: Make sure that your print bed is clean and grease-free and use a quality brand and dry filament. Print settings: Use a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer standard settings. Reduce the outer wall speed a little bit to improve the overhangs in the hinge. Three walls and 10% gyroid infill will result in a robust print.
