CD Duplicator Picker Assembly Component

This component is engaged upon by a hard wire attached throught he small hole on the perimeter, this wire is then attached to a solenoid that uses a spring to return when not powered.

The center hole is used for rotating upon. A spindle from a component below comes up through this center hole then is mounted to a plate using a screw through the metal spindle center.

The three slots capture drop pins that come from above and are captured in holes that allow slight movement. The drop pins go below this washer and are captured in 3 similar but differently oriented slots.

When the solenoid is powered the washer is pulled. The drop pins being captured in slots below are forced in an outward motion which wears on the inner most face of the washer's 3 slots.

This component is typically made of nickle plated brass, though the replacements are being made of semi hardened nickle. I have issues printing this washer (at twice the thickness) due to the slot with the most thin outer
