CFS ROLLER ASSEMBLY

This is a fully 3d printed roller assembly for the CFS to allow the CFS to be pulled out for easy filament changes.The roller has four wheels on each side and a handle to pull and push it. The roller attaches on the underside of the CFS by means of four wood screws to allow it to roll in and out. The wheels require a rough surface to fully roll and may not fully roll on glass or a smooth desktop due to a lack of friction.The CFS roller assembly is included with the Dual CFS stand and the CFS Sidekick stand.External hardwareFour (4) no. 6 x 5/8" (3.5 mm x 16 mm) wood screws are required to fasten the roller assembly to the CFS.3d printingThe model is quick to print and requires little filament.A print profile is included.AssemblyAssembly is easy and all the parts snap into place.An assembly gif is included with the model photos.My designsI enjoy creating 3d models that others can use and appreciate. It is a very fun pastime. I find it very rewarding to see my models downloaded and printed. I put lots of thought, time and effort to create each model print out multiple iterations to make sure it works just right.
